We know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the good condition, and also in time. We use a large network of courier services to deliver your products to you as early as possible

• Depending upon the location, the product is shipped to you within 3-7 days.
• Shipping charges across all products may vary as per shipping address and weight.

The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled, lost or undelivered to your preferred location.

Cancellation Policy

In case of any circumstances where the requirement could not be met, Radhika Bandhani Center reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so. We ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Returns policy

• We DO NOT offer any return or refund. We accept returns only in case if you found products not fit in quality guidelines or as per commitment.
• Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
• Once your product return is received by us properly in time, a quality check will be performed on the returned items by our quality team. This is subject to your return having met the requirements of being unused and unwashed, returned within 10 days .
• In case of self shipped returns, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in your account towards shipping costs in the form of promo code. This will be done post the quality check.
• Any returned item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back to you at your expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
• A notification with the status of return will be sent you within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the item.

How to return product

Before you return an item, please contact our customer care team either by calling on ‘0000000000’ or by e-mailing at ‘[email protected]’ to obtain a Reverse Pick Up (RPU) Ticket Number. Please have the below information ready before you call or mention them in your requested email –

• Order Number / Registered E-Mail Id
• Product Name
• Pick-Up Address

Once you receive your RPU Ticket Number, please re-pack the items to be returned with all original packaging & tags that they were shipped with. Make sure that the Return Form is completely filled and dropped inside the packet.

Incorrect Delivery Information

As stated above, if you have given us incorrect delivery information, we cannot offer guaranteed delivery. You will be given the opportunity to adjust the information up to two business days before the delivery date. If our delivery personnel report that the delivery address is incorrect, we will attempt to contact you and acquire new information. We will not be liable, however, if we are unable to make a delivery due to incorrect delivery information, and we will not be able to issue a refund.

Undeliverable Locations

Orders to hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the receiving person.

Order Changes

To change your order, please contact Customer Service using at [email protected]. Changes can only be made two business days or more prior to the scheduled delivery date.

Refused Deliveries

If a recipient refuses delivery, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Credit Returns

Refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your bank account.
